What is the return policy? +
We do accept returns. To be eligible, the item must be returned in the same condition and packaging as it was received. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The time it takes for your return to reach us will depend on the postal service you choose.
What are the shipping options? +
We ship to the USA, Australia, Canada, the UK, and the European Union. Shipping is completely free on all orders. We dispatch from multiple locations — Indonesia, Italy, Cyprus, and Uzbekistan — so the carrier (EMS, UPS, or DHL) will depend on which warehouse your order ships from.

What are the international taxes and customs duties that I have to pay? +
We are not responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. However, the vast majority of our packages are delivered without any customs charges — and that’s really the beauty of buying cigarettes online! Even in the rare cases where customs does request a duty payment, our prices are so competitive that your cigarettes will still work out significantly cheaper than buying locally.
When will I receive my order? +
Delivery times vary depending on both the origin and destination of your order. Here is a general guide from the moment your order is placed:
  • From Cyprus: approx. 14–16 days processing before dispatch
  • From Italy → USA: approx. 30–40 days total. Orders are first sent from Uzbekistan to Italy for repacking, then shipped to you. Delivery within Europe is significantly faster.
  • From Indonesia: approx. 3–5 days processing + 7 days delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Every single package we send is fully trackable.
What do I do if I receive a defective order? +
A defective product is simply not something we expect to happen — we work exclusively with official distributors of the world’s leading tobacco brands, and all our cigarettes are 100% genuine and fresh. Having operated since 2016 — nearly 10 years — our reputation for authentic products is something we take very seriously.

You may notice that the taste or packaging of certain brands differs slightly from what you’re used to at home. This is completely normal — cigarettes manufactured in different countries can vary slightly in flavour and pack design. In fact, many of our US customers tell us our cigarettes are noticeably better quality than what they find locally!
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed? +
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can make changes — including updating your delivery address or adding items. Simply email us at [email protected] and we’ll take care of it.
Where are you located? +
We don’t have a physical retail store — our entire catalogue is available online. CigsSpot is a truly multinational operation: we ship from Indonesia, Italy, Cyprus, and Uzbekistan, which allows us to serve customers across multiple continents efficiently.

Is it legal to order cigarettes from your website? +

As with any online purchase, we recommend buying only from reputable, established stores — unfortunately there are many fraudulent sites out there. CigsSpot has been operating since 2016, so you can shop with confidence.
Will I have to sign for my package? How is it packaged? +
Our packaging is carefully designed so that no one can tell what’s inside — the outer packaging and shipment descriptions make no mention of cigarettes or tobacco.

As for signatures: it depends on the carrier and your local postal service. In some cases a signature is required upon delivery; in others, the package may simply be left at your door.
